Each year, the New York State Department of Education requires a Digital Equity Survey be completed by the parents/guardians of PK-12 students to better serve our students and families regarding digital resources. A paper copy of this survey is sent home at the beginning of the year, and many families have returned them to the school. However, if you have not yet completed the paper survey, or if you're not sure if you did or not, please click on the link below to fill out the form digitally.
